We make every effort to present accurate and up-to-date product information. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images or prices are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time.
All prices displayed on the website include VAT and are expressed in RON. Prices may be changed without prior notice, but any confirmed order will be honoured at the price at the time of placing. We accept payment by bank card, bank transfer and cash on delivery.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is considered accepted upon email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders in justified cases (insufficient stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud).
Payment is made through one of the methods available on the website. For card payments, data is processed securely through authorised payment processors. We do not store card data on our servers.
Delivery is carried out by courier services within Romania. The estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days from order confirmation, depending on product availability and delivery area. Shipping costs are displayed before completing the order.
In accordance with Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving a reason. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer, except for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
All products sold come with a warranty in accordance with applicable legislation. The warranty period is specified on each product's warranty certificate. For warranty claims, contact us by email or phone.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or business interruption caused by external factors. Maximum liability is limited to the value of products purchased.
